Last year’s meeting between these two was an all-time classic, England running out 27-26 winners as Marcus Smith kicked a last-gasp penalty to put the seal on a perfect autumn for Eddie Jones’ side. Andrew Brace was the man in the middle on that occasion and he’s running the line for this year’s clash, with Pierre Brousset also on hand to assist Gardner. Van der Flier and Demant win Player of the Year awards Ben Whitehouse takes the reins as TMO and completes the line-up at Twickenham, where Jones is hoping to preserve his unbeaten home record as England boss against the Springboks. In Cardiff, Matthew Carley will take charge of Wales’ battle with Australia. Wayne Pivac’s team triumphed over the Wallabies by a single point last year, stretching their run of consecutive victories over Australia to three, and are looking to bounce back from a first-ever defeat to Georgia last time out. Carley will be supported by Luke Pearce and Chris Busby, while Joy Neville will be in position as TMO at Principality Stadium.
